Great suitcase

"The suitcase, when it eventually arrived, is great and as described. Lightweight and easy to roll. The only grumble I have is that the first order was lost by DHL and the customer service was all a bit abrupt saying they had notified DHL that it was lost and I would just have to wait. Eventually after about 4 weeks they confirmed DHL had lost the case so they would issue a full refund. Which they did. I was then able to re order the same suitcase which did arrive in allotted time. I was just a little disappointed in the way it was all handled."

Praktischer leichtläufiger Trolleybus mit vielen Verstaumöglichkeiten

"Ich suchte nach einem Weichschalenkoffer, der mehrere Innen- und Außentaschen besitzt und die Möglichkeit bietet, griffnah über einen Reißverschluss von oben zum Inhalt zu gelangen, z. B. auf Zugreisen, um kleinere Sachen bequem und ohne umständliches Aufklappen, aus dem Koffer zu holen. Das bietet der Brics Trolley. Der Stoff ist angenehm glatt, leicht glänzend, wasserabweisend und leicht zu säubern. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr hochwertig und edel. Das Gestänge ist gut zu arretieren und in angenehmer Länge, auch für größere Menschen. Nachteile sind: Das Gewicht könnte etwas leichter sein. Die Stoffkonstruktion des Deckels und des Korpus fällt, je nach Lage des Koffers, etwas in sich zusammen, hat aber andererseits den Vorteil, dass man Expansionsmöglichkeiten nach außen hat, wenn man den Koffer etwas voller packt. Der Stoff ist zwar schön, aber nicht sooo super robust - mit scharfen und spitzen Gegenständen muss man aufzupassen. Eignet sich daher m. E. nach nicht als Fluggepäck. Der Koffer bietet keine integrierten Verriegelungsmöglichkeiten, keine TSA-Schlösser, kann aber durch zusätzliche eigene Schlösser in die dafür Gottseidank vorgesehenen Reißverschluss-Ösen an allen Außentaschen ergänzt werden. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden, passe aber auf, dass ich mit dem Koffer nicht an scharfen Kanten entlang schramme. Der Kauf ist unter den genannten Bedingungen zu empfehlen."
