What are bonus points?

Bonus points are our points currency in the WARDOW Club. With every activity – such as shopping, writing product reviews and much more – you automatically collect bonus points. These points are reserved for 30 days after your order has been placed. If you return part or all of your order, the points you collected will be adjusted according to the returned items. After 30 days, your points are activated and can be redeemed. As long as they are not redeemed, your points remain valid for a maximum of 12 months.
When will my points be approved?

Your points are normally credited to your account as soon as you complete an activity.

Points from purchases are reserved for 30 days after your order has been placed. If you return part or all of your order, the points you collected will be adjusted according to the returned items. After 30 days, your points are activated and can be redeemed. As long as they are not redeemed, your points remain valid for a maximum of 12 months.
What happens to my bonus points if my order is cancelled?

In the event of a cancellation or return, your bonus points will be forfeited.
How can I redeem my bonus points and what else can I use them for?

Active bonus points can be converted into a discount during the checkout process. Here, 100 bonus points are worth a £2.25 GBP discount.

You can exchange your points for fixed-value vouchers during checkout. Simply select the voucher you want – you will then receive a code that you can enter at payment.

Points can be redeemed from 200 points onwards and are always subject to a corresponding minimum order value.

The total bonus-point discount is proportionally applied to the products in your basket and cannot exceed the individual product value. If you return part or all of your order, the redeemed bonus points will be adjusted according to the returned items and credited back to your account, as long as they are still within their original validity period (12 months).

Bonus points cannot be paid out in cash.
Does my level have an expiry date?

Once you have moved up to a new level, you remain in that tier for one year from the date you reached it. You can maintain your status, including all associated benefits (or even move up another level), by staying active in the WARDOW Club.
